Customers wishing to own the new HTC Incredible S, the new android-based smartphone from HTC, can purchase the mobile exclusively from Optus. The phone is available now in stores, or it can be purchased online from May 6. The phone will be available for $0 on a $49 cap over 24 months.
The HTC Incredible S features a 4-inch LCD capacitive touch screen with a 480×800 pixel resolution. The smartphone has a 1GHz processor, and runs Gingerbread with HTC Sense. The impressive 8-megapixel camera includes autofocus and a dual LED flash. There is also a 1.3-megapixel front facing camera for video chatting.
“Optus is pleased to confirm it will be selling the HTC Incredible S exclusively for $0 upfront on a $49 Optus Cap (minimum total cost on 24 month contract $1176) as well as a range of other plans, giving customers a wide ranging choice of prices, call, SMS and data inclusions,” Optus said in a statement this morning. “It is also available to small business customers for $0 upfront on a $49 Business Complete Ultimate [plan] (minimum total cost on 24 month contract $1176).”
