Vodafone’s new $19 cap is perfect for customers who want a low monthly spend, but also wish for a new mobile phone at no additional cost.
Vodafone’s new mobile phone plan offers $70 credit each month, plus another $70 of credit for calls to other Vodafone mobiles. The standard call rate is the same as Vodafone’s higher cap plans, which is 90 cents per minute plus a 35 cent connection fee. Vodafone plans differ from many other providers because calls to international numbers are included in the cap, as well as international SMS and MMS.
If you opt for Vodafone’s $19 cap, you have a choice between seven different mobile phones: the Nokia E63, Nokia 7230, Nokia 6300, Nokia 2730, the Sony Ericsson T715, W890i and W595. These mobile phones are available with a $0 monthly repayment.
If you compare Vodafone’s $19 mobile phone plan to other $19 caps available from different network providers such as Optus or Virgin, it appears the Vodafone plan offers better value.
