Not all mobile plan providers make understanding your bill easy. There are so many different types of mobile phone services which can be charged, including standard calls, SMS, data, premium SMS, international calls, roaming, etc. Each mobile plan provider also has a different way of charging you these services, as well as a different way of displaying each one on your bill.
There are a number of factors which can make analysing your bill a little more complex: for example, if you make a call at 1am, it’s not always going to be charged the same way had you made the call at 1pm. Additionally, calls to certain numbers may be cheaper. Some plans have bonus options which make finding the cheapest plan even more of an intricate task.
